Uniform Factory ERP

An end-to-end factory system for Corporate Uniforms by B.A.G, Bhopal — from a new order to the delivery van, with label printing, a shared web app and a Flutter app for the floor.

Role: Website, web software, Flutter app, integrations. Stack: React, Node.js, Flutter, Barcode & label printing, WordPress.

The challenge

Corporate Uniforms by B.A.G makes custom uniforms for hospitality, healthcare, aviation, automotive and industry across India — every order a different mix of garments, sizes, fabrics and embroidery moving through one factory. Without a single system, it’s hard to know where any job is, what stock is left or who is on the floor today.

The solution

One shared Node.js backend with a React web app for the office and a Flutter app for the factory floor. Every order is registered once, then moves through each production stage to dispatch and delivery, with barcode labels printed for every garment and batch. Around it: leads and tasks for the sales team, materials and inventory, attendance and role-based access for every kind of worker, and reports for management. The company website was rebuilt too, with catalogues for every industry and a quote form that feeds new leads.

Outcome

  • Complete order flow: registration → production stages → QC → dispatch → delivery
  • Barcode / label printing for garments, sizes and batches
  • Leads, tasks and attendance management with multiple roles
  • Inventory and materials tracking with staff and production reports
  • Shared web software and Flutter app on one backend
  • Company website with industry catalogues and quote enquiries
