Dubai Residences Explorer
An interactive sales platform for a Dubai real-estate developer — explore projects on a live map, walk floor by floor and tour homes in 360°.
Role: Full-stack development, 3D & map experience. Stack: Next.js 16, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4, MapLibre / Leaflet, React Three Fiber, 360° tours.
The challenge
Off-plan homes are hard to sell from brochures. Buyers abroad need to understand the location, pick a floor, compare residences and see the inside — all before they ever visit Dubai.
The solution
A full-screen location map with nearby places and driving or walking routes leads into each project. From there buyers click through building elevations, floor plates and individual residences with 2D/3D plans, interiors and 360° tours — or explore a 3D building model with an apartment picker. All content is driven from structured project data, so the sales team can update units without touching code.
Outcome
- Interactive map with project pins, nearby places and routes
- Clickable elevations and floor plates down to every residence
- 3D building model with apartment picker
- 360° virtual tours, live availability and downloadable sales offers
- Enquiry and callback forms, SEO sitemap generated from project data
Client project under NDA — a private walkthrough is available on request.
