PIFFI Film Festival
The official website and content CRM for PIFFI — People’s International Film Festival of India, held in Bhopal at Ravindra Bhawan, 17–20 December 2026.

The challenge
A first-edition international festival has to earn trust fast: filmmakers worldwide need clear awards, fees, eligibility and deadlines, while press, partners and film schools each need their own story. And the festival team has to keep all of it current — leadership, councils, committees, press and media — without waiting on a developer.
The solution
A warm, cinematic festival website organised around what each audience needs: awards and a prize pool of up to ₹15 lakh, deadlines and late fees, eligibility, film-school and volunteer pages, venue and host-city guides, FAQ and rules. Film submissions route straight to FilmFreeway. Built in collaboration with Zealcraft Technologies, the festival’s technology partner. Behind it, a custom Laravel CRM lets the team manage pages, team and council profiles, partners, press coverage and the media library themselves, with uploads served from a dedicated API portal.
